Bryn Williams

Bryn Williams is a prominent chef hailing from Denbighshire in North Wales. He attended Ysgol Gynradd Twm o'r Nant, Denbigh (Primary) and Ysgol Uwchradd Glan Clwyd, Llanelwy (Secondary) and Llandrillo College before moving to London and Paris. He learnt his craft under Michelin star chefs such as Marco Pierre White and Michel Roux Jr. He’s the owner of Odette’s restaurants in Primrose Hill, London and Porth Eirias in Colwyn Bay. Bryn Williams first came to prominence on television in The Great British Menu in 2006. Bryn’s recipes can be seen in his books Bryn's Kitchen (2011) and For the Love of Veg (2013). Tir a Môr is his first book in Welsh. He presents Cegin Bryn on S4C. He was honoured by the Gorsedd of the Bards at the National Eisteddfod of Wales 2013 festival in his home town of Denbigh.
